IBRU Training on Maritime Boundary Delimitation – on 11 September 2024, Stephen Fietta KC (with Amy Sander of Essex Court Chambers) presented a workshop to national legal advisers and negotiators on the delimitation of territorial sea, EEZ and continental shelf boundaries
